Pakisthan Afridi, Akmal dropped from Champions Trophy an update


Lahore: Pakistan choice trustees, headed by Iqbal Qasim, declared 15-man squad for Icc Champions Trophy 2013 today at the Gaddafi Stadium. The all-rounder Shahid Afridi and the center request batsman Umar Akmal wouldn't be able to score selectors' vote for the marquee occasion. 

Wicket-less in final six One Day Internationals, Shahid Afridi is dropped from Champions  

Separated from the prohibitions specified above there wasn't any amazement move. The center request batsman Umer Amin was chosen in front of Haris Sohail. The left-arm pacer Wahab Riaz held his spot in the One Day squad. The right-arm pacer Asad Ali, who was a top entertainer in later Faysal Bank One Day Cup, got chose to play the eight-country competition beginning from June 6 in England. 

The quick bowler Ehsan Adil, who has played one Test for Pakistan, was chosen in the One Day squad for first time in his profession. Abdur Rehman was named second spinner in the fifteen alongside Saeed Ajmal. Imran Farhat has additionally held his spot. 

The same squad will fly out to Scotland and Ireland where they will play four One Day Internationals (two against every crew).
